After a wonderful breakfast from Alan and Kate, we were off to St. Andrews. When we arrived, we got a great parking space near the old course, the beach and not too far from town. We all kind of headed off in different directions. We didn't have much time to spend here since we had to turn in the cars and catch our flight to Dublin. Ted and I walked along the beach, then got a coffee and sat on a bench and watched the golfers. Talked to a guy from the States for a bit. He had been golfing just about non-stop since he got there.
We met back up in the parking lot, only to discover that we had tickets on our cars. Somehow we had all missed the sign that said "Did you Pay and Display?" ughhh.
Back to the airport, turned in the cars and off we were to Dublin! We paid $340.00 total for 2 for a flight from Edinburgh to Dublin and then from Dublin to London. This was on Aer Lingus.
